I have to agree Coug. In the midst of all the turmoil in my state I still appreciate the fact that we have such opportunity to go out there and bowhunt. I think it is something that alot of us take for granted.

Hey bud, best of luck on your upcoming season. Theres nothing wrong with getting fired up about what's to come. I was up until 2 a.m. last night showing my sis and law who loves hunting my summer video footage, it just gets me pumped, couldnt sleep after that, just thinking bout these critters. You're right it won't be long. I like you cherish every moment I get to be outdoors. Best of luck on your western elk hunt too. I pray you get to experience some bulls talking and responding to your calling, its whicked, especially if you have never experienced it. I hope you have a great time out here. I justhadconfirmation that Pat Ely is coming out to hunt elk with me again in September, I am as excited about having him out as hunting myself. Making memorie, teaching us life lessonsand building relationships, thats what our hunting does for us! :D:DWhat an awesome freedom it is.

Yes it is! I too hope you are successfulon your elk hunt & your other hunts as well. I can't wait until september rolls around. But there is lots to too to prepare in the meantime.
