help on my first digital scouting cam

I'm ready to buy a digital scouting camera because i'm tired of film cost so i was wondering if any of you could tell me which camera would be the best in quality, battery life and picture and i would really like one that you can view the pics in the field i would really appreciate your help because i know nothing about the digital scouting cams, but i do know that some eat batteries fast. thanks

RE: help on my first digital scouting cam

Check out the Leaf River models. They have a 2+ month battery life and take an excellent image in ALL weather conditions. These cams also have the easiet set-up and overall lay-out than the other digitals I have owned. The LR's are best buys for the money. Check one out.
