I think some people are just tired of having everything they say turned and argued about so they just aren't posting as much.

RE: Tomatoe hunts-Stick kills- Cotton balls- and
Mouting man, here ya go.
Bowtech and Hoyt suck!! Mathews is king!!! Everyone on this board are envious of the Mathews boys, I quess b/c we are superior hunters. Come on boys, bring it on Hunt the thickets |
RE: Tomatoe hunts-Stick kills- Cotton balls- and
WHATS THE MATTER WITH YOU GUYS. ALL I READ ABOUT ON THIS SITE IS BOWTECH,MATHEWS, AND HOYT. I NEVER READ ABOUT THE GOOD BOWS BEAR ARCHERY BOWS THAT IS. IF YOU HAVENT SHOT THE TRX BOW FROM BEAR ARCHERY YOU HAVENT SHOOT A GREAT BOW. MATHEWS BOWS SOOT BY THEMSELVES NO SKILL NECESSARY THERE.

RE: Tomatoe hunts-Stick kills- Cotton balls- and
Hey mounting man, good to hear from ya. I remeber you had some tough going, I hope things have turned around good for you. We haven't had a good tomatoe plantation, cotton hunting thread going on here in a long time. I know there are a lot of new guys here who won't have a clue what all that means.
I think big john has been pretty busy, wonder if he still has his list? Matt had his good pictures post, wonder if all the same rules apply to taking pics of trophy cotton ball harvests. Some things are true whether you believe them or not. |
RE: Tomatoe hunts-Stick kills- Cotton balls- and
Nice to see ya again MM, I hope you are doing well
Me??? Worried that someone will get offended or take my post the wrong way???? {in my best Bugs Bunny voice}hmmm, he don't know me that well do he... Never hear from Big John anymore, 5'er must have finally run him off. LLLLLLLLLLET'S GET READY TO RRRRRRRRRRRRUMMMMMMBLE!!!!!!!!! <img src='http://communities.msn.com/_Secure/0KwAAADsOaDdtgkcDr1nY4RcAK6lPF*ayvmG!e6*iM1LTmQvlc 54Zk6fPpfu!2ro8DHlXdaP1DG0/4pt.jpg> |
RE: Tomatoe hunts-Stick kills- Cotton balls- and
You asked for it mounting man. And you started it Bell Island. So here you go.
Do those Mathews bows come with a portable bow press or do you just take them back when they fall apart? |
RE: Tomatoe hunts-Stick kills- Cotton balls- and
I gotta agree with Belle Island, the Mathews guys are superior hunters! It probably comes with lots of practice. If us Hoyt and HCA shooters missed that many targets on the 3-d ranges, we would more than likely develop better arrow hunting skills too!

OK-OK, i'm reading and adding to the "LIST" Can't type too good, just got done fletching 5 doz. arrows, and some of my fingers are stuck together, but I'm takin names down.
By the way Mr 4 pt, 5er needs to grow a little before he can run me off from anywhere. He's busy scratching himself anyhow, guess the chiggers down his way got the best of him!!!! |
RE: Tomatoe hunts-Stick kills- Cotton balls- and
Hey MM!
How about this one....I shoot Pucket blood trailers out of an un-tuned #25 pound Mathews bow with Hoyt limbs and have less than TEN footpounds of ke! Oh by the way...I shoot one pin out to 75 yards! My season opens in two weeks and I won't even practice. I can't wait to shoot the first fawn of the year.I hope I see one still in spots with milk dripping off its chin! That should get thing stired up for ya!:)LOL ---------------------------------------- Please guys Don't flame me! I shoot a VERY well tuned #70 bow with plenty of ke and fixed blade Muzzys.I practice all year and only shoot out to 25-30 yards. I will not shoot a doe with fawns much less the fawns.Just trying to get the place going for MM. SF |
RE: Tomatoe hunts-Stick kills- Cotton balls- and
Hey Big John is still alive, I just got an email from him this morning. He has informed me that the 3rn anual stick and cotton ball hunt is now being planned. The rules are pretty much the same as last year. I should be a great hunt if we can keep big John off the hard stuff. He tells me the sticks are prime this year, and the cotton balls are really heavy and white. Remember only cotton balls are legal, cotton doe can not be taken! good to see you back around ol wounded weenee!
