I usally do acouple of fast rounds with field points and then I switch to my practice broadheads and shoot one at a time (shoot one arrow then retrieve it and start fressh). I try to take my time and visualize every shot on my 3-D deer (Larry). I try to do this at least 4 or 5 times a week and then a long session on Sat or Sun. As the season gets closer I really concentrate on slowly raising my bow and a long deliberate draw as if I am really in the stand with a live deer in front of me.

I usually keep my practice sessions short. I'll shoot 30-45 min at a time about every other day.

25 arrows at each 10, 20, and 30 yards. then pick random spots in my yard to estimate the distance, usually takes about an hour

You definately need to shoot more. 25-30 shots and you start to get shaky? Give me a break! Either lower your poundage or strengthen your muscles so you can shoot more, easily. If you can only shoot 25-30 and start getting shaky, how would you be able to draw in 0 degree weather on a 150 inch whitetail?

If I had the time I'd shoot about an hour a session 100-150 arrows but I generally don't get that luxery. With two boys under age 3 I'm lucky to shoot for a half hour. Generally I shoot 25-30 arrows and really concentrate on form and putting the arrows on the spot.

Usuall for about an hour or more. It just depends on how i am feeling and if i am doing good enough for my liking, i'll keep shooting until I can't hardly draw back anymore. I think the longest i did once was for about 7 hours

I have 15-20 arrows and I shoot them all three or four timesduring a session a few times a week. I'm not sure how long it takes because I have them numbered and I keep track of every shot of every arrow so I know which arrows I'm most consistant with.

About 4-6 shots on the 20/30/ and 40 yard targets,,and a few on my 50 yarder,,i might start to shoot a few at the fifty after i'm limbered up on the 20/30 targets, this keeps me from flinching or jumping the 50 yard and possibly toasting an arrow. All in all i spend about an hour or so.

I have 9 arrows in my hip quiver, and I shoot all of them at once, one at each dot. I probably do that atleast 10 times I'd say. Thats if Im shooting good. If I dont feel right, or Im not getting good hits, I quit early.
