I am the buddy that missed the nice buck. Couldn't sleep last night. I so wished I would have used my 30 yard pin. I calculated that area where he came out of earlier and figured on 40 yards. After I missed him I walked it off and it was only 31 to his tracks and 40 to the tree line. I should have known! Still alot of fun though, and if you miss clean,,, thats good for me. Don't like the idea of wounding a deer.
