I went to an Archery Shop and bought my bow a couple of months back when i was 16. I live in FL. When i bought it they didnt ask to see any ID's so im not really sure.

RE: Stupid question

In NY there is no age limit for a bow,
there is a 12 yr old age limit to get a hunting license,
so at 11 you can have a bow but cant hunt with it.

thats NY, would check with your local agency that regulates hunting and see what their restrictions are.

RE: Stupid question

Actually, that's a perfectly valid question. I grew up in Maine and the only thing I had a hard time purchasing were breadheads at either Kmart or Walmart when I was under 18. I do not believe this was a law but rather a store policy.
