If you're meaning the state's site ( "FWP" is what it's called here in Montana)
-no cigar... there is a company based out of Denver that provides GPS topos with stats, migratory routes, and more for most Mtn. states, but damned if I can find 'em or remember the name

What sort of kill records are you looking for?
Both Boone & Crockett and Pope and Young clubs post data of record book bucks entered by county.

This is the harvest reports from the Parks and Wildlife web site. it appears the 2004 numbers have yet to be posted but you should be able to see trends from past years.

2004 Estimated Deer Population 238,000 whitetails
2003 Deer Harvest 58,510
They dont' have the 04 harvest numbers totalled yet so that's all I've got. If you need more specifics you'll probably have to call the DNR.
