Chances are your equipment is not right yet. It will take time. Get the knowledge needed to tune your bow right. Then build your arrows one at a time, trying different heads and fletchings. Then work on your form. If you can, get someone who shoots well to shot your bow and let them give the thumbs up or down. You have to narrow things down. It takes time. I have just about finished my bow setup and I started in January. It's possible to make one ragged hole @ 20 yrds with the same arrow over and over. You can save your legs some walking by setting up 2 targets 30 yrds. apart. Shoot at 1 and turn around and shoot at the other.
