Bow mounted range finder
 
Has anyone ever used one such as the Bushnell Pro Bow. If so what is your feedback, good, bad inconveinent.

I use a pendulum so I have no need for one mounted on the Bow. However I do range a few trees around my stand. I'm sure it would be a blessing if you were still hunting, I know I missed on the ground due to using the wrong pin.[:@]

Can't use them in Idaho - at the distances I shoot it wouldn't do any good anyway. I do pace off my shooting lanes when in my stand so I have a good idea how far away something is.

Anything inside 30 yards you shouldn't need one, but you may be shooting beyond that.

I found the Bushnell to make my bow too top-heavy, bulky and just plain distracting. My .02

Thjanks BG, thats the kind of answer I'm looking for, people that have actually used one. I will stay with my yardage pro.
