No problems with mine either.A couple things I haven't seen mentioned here,One is, has the broadhead ever hit an object harden than your target?Another point I strongly believe in when gluing in inserts,is a squared end of shaft also while epoxying in the inserts is a glue line setting up inside the shaft.When I glue inserts in I have a good broadhead on hand and as I put the insert in I am spin testing imediately to take out any wobble.Then let it rest a while ,then remove the broadhead from the insert,and go to the next.Also not all carbon arrows are exact all the way through for TIR..
