RE: Impact Cosmic Sight
I have the cosmic xl and I love it. Very, Very bright. You will not need a light for this sight, but the light looks cool with it on in the dark. As for durability, I've hunted with it for 2 years now and nothing has moved or broken on it. A very sturdy and reliable sight.

RE: Impact Cosmic Sight
I bought one on ebay and am waiting to install it on my Reflex Grizzly. I have used one on my buddies bow and think it will be ideal for hunting. I will set it for 25 yds mostly.

RE: Impact Cosmic Sight
does it magnify or is it a pendlum or 3 pin sight
|
RE: Impact Cosmic Sight
I have the Impact Omega and I love it. It has such a bright pin it's ridiculous. I put the light on mine cuz just like you said it looks cool.

RE: Impact Cosmic Sight
Its a single pin adjustable sight.........Very good choice!
Good Luck! |
RE: Impact Cosmic Sight
I use the Cosmic on my Patriot Dually ,I use it for hunting it can take the beating and the brightness of the pin is second to none ,I'd highly recommend this sight .it's definetly a good one and won't break your bank account.

I just bought a new mathews switchback with the impact archery omega. This is the brightest sight I've seen. I really like it.

RE: Impact Cosmic Sight
ORIGINAL: Western MA Hunter Where do you get the light for the Cosmic & how does it fit on? Got mine from Keystone Archery for +/- 20 bucks. It screws into the port on the side. Screw in a post it's on, unscrew it's off. It's so bright it could double as flashlight. |
RE: Impact Cosmic Sight
I looked at a lot of these type sights last year and my opinion is: It's a plastic one pin adjustable sight which has no place on my bow. JMO. Have a good evening.

RE: Impact Cosmic Sight
I have a cosmic on a Darton bow and the sight is sturdy and bright. The only thing I don't like about the sight is you have two thumb screws to loosen to change yardage. For this reason I am trying the HHA 5000 on my other bow and so far the HHA though pricy is a far superior sight.
