Cat's Eyes

I have been meaning to post this for a while. I discovered "Cats Eyes" at a local general store so I bought them. Kinda cool it is a 3 LED light that clips onto the brim of your hat. Hands free and bright as a mofo. If you use trail markers you can see them a LONG ways off. Also works well for climbing up and down with your climber. Cheap I think like $10 and batteries last a long time, all season for me! Just thought I would pass this on.
Anyone else ever use this product?

Is that the same as the Photon freedom micro light? I just ordered me one from Lancaster for $15. Should be good for fielddressing as well.

Do you look for the brightest light when shopping? Is it more likely to spook game if it's brighter? Do you think one with a red and blue led is helpful?

I usually go for the brightest light. I usually don't use a light goin in mostly on the way out. I like it because its hands free when I am hookin my climber to the tree!
