V-Tec or X-tec?
 
im aboot ready to get a new 05 hoyt and want to know if anyone has tried them out. is the grip and the v-tec shooting just a tad faster the only difference.

The vTec includes the new alphashox and it has a slightly different riser. With the vTec you can also buy different grips for the bow which you cannot do with the xTec. Those are the only real differences. Shoot them both and see what you think. You won't be disappointed with either.

May I also say you should try other brands to see if they fit you better. For me it was the xTec but everyone different. Good luck and if you get the vTec let me know what you think. I have yet to shoot one but sure would like to compare it to my xTec.
