Does anyone have any info on a 2004 browning F5 tornado?

I had the previous Tornado model. It had Cyber Cams. Not sure how much cam changes would affect shootability. Nice long brace height= very forgiving bow; very practical price. All in all it was a great bow; not real fast(but fast enough).Only problem I had was that it came with a pretty cheap string. The draw length adjustments are super easy to make. I was very accurate with mine. Shot at three elk with it; all were kill shots! Alas, the bow was stolen out of my truck last week![:@]

A buddy of mine is a staff shooter for Browning. He hunted a bit with the F5 & took some really nice deer with it this season. Here are some numbers from an email he sent me a while back:

"F5, 66#, 395gr., 270fps, 63.9 ft/lbs. Very nice, especially when we consider how quite it is."

Sounds to me like a great hunting bow for the price.

Bought One Last Spring And Hunted With It This Past Fall. It Is Compact At 33" And Very Forgiving To Shoot With A 8" Brace Height. It Seems To Be Pretty Durable And Reasonably Priced. However, I Would Recommend Upgrading To A Better String Like Winners Choice Or Zebra. Though It Is A Good Bow, There Is No Comparison Between It And My New Mathews Switchback! The Mathews Is Much Smoother And Quieter. Speeking From Experience, I Think You Would Be Better Off Spending The Additional Upfront Money And Purchasing A Better Quality Bow Like Mathews, BowTech Or Hoyt, Rather Than Wanting To Upgrading Later. If I Remember Correctly The F5 Cost Around $300-$350 Depending On Where You Purchase It. I Purchased My New Mathews Several Weeks Ago For $589.00. However, I Still Have My F5 And It Is In Excellent Condition. I Was Going To Sell It On Ebay. Let Me Know If Your Interested.
