Feeders

I've been looking into getting a feeder to put down at my camp. I wont be there all the time so i wont be able to fill it up all the time. I want to put it in a secluded area so i dont know if a tripod will work. What would you recommend? Has anyone used the stump feeder? thanks

Hey Devin, check out the "DEER CAM...Who" thread right here and look at pages 4 and 5 for some great pics of the "Stump feeder" in action! I think that's the dude you need to talk to about this product! [:-]:D

RE: Feeders

I bought one from the sportsmans guide for $99 holds 225lbs of corn and has an anolog clock to set feeding times and a dial to regulate the amount of feed it would drop.worked good no complaints other than the dam coons that rip my solar panel off.I feed all summer long gets the deer and turkey coming to the area regularly looking for food so there around when season opens.
