Browning Bows
Do any of you shoot Browning BOws? If so what do you think of them and what model do you have? I am thinking of getting the Ambush.
Thanks! Addicted to the outdoors! |
RE: Browning Bows
My understanding is that Browning no longer makes their own bows. They put their name on bows manufacturered by PSE, and then add a few bucks to the cost. You might want to check that, but I'm reasonably sure.
If you're sure the Browning Ambush is the bow you want, you might look at finding the equivalent PSE and compare the price. Good luck |
RE: Browning Bows
I owned a Browning Wind River for about 12 years. The thing shot as good when I sold it in May as it did new. This was a longer ATA bow and was a wheel bow by todays standards. I would buy another Browning bow, if they offered something I liked. I haven't heard that about PSE making Brownings bows for them.

RE: Browning Bows
I have a good friend who shoots for browning, and he told me they were made by PSE now.

RE: Browning Bows
I have been shooting a Browning Tornado for the last 2 years. A friend of mine has an Ambush and my wife shoots a Micro Eclipse. I feel that the Browning lineup is WAY under rated.
Yes Browning bows will be assembled by PSE, but the bows/cams will still be designed by Browning engineers. |
RE: Browning Bows
I purchased a ambush from Pro Bass... I love it .I have installed a overdraw .It is a quite bow light weight, and tunes great.I have found that the mag 100 seems to adapt to this bow having real good grouping at 40 yards.
