Gateway feathers vs. Trueflight

I have always used "Trueflight" fletch. However, presently there are some very good buys available for "Gateway."

Anyone know or have experience with the quality and durability of "Gateway" compared to "Trueflight?" Trueflight is hard to beat.

RE: Gateway feathers vs. Trueflight

last time i looked a turkey feather was a turkey feather.but serious there the same when companys get them its what they do to them afterwards that counts.if to much heat is used in the dying, then the feather will be weaker. i,m sure gatways knows what there doing they been doing it a long time.but if you want the best feathers you can get. find some wild turkey feathers the natual oils that keep them shiney and dry is still on the feathers and is not removed in cleaning and dying. a wild bird has more oil than a domestic bird.

you can use your pepper spray my 12 gauge with 3 inch slugs works fine
