Golden Eagle Reaper?

I was at Galyans looking around tonight and saw the Golden eagle Reaper package on sale, regular $240.00 maked down to $138.00. I know this is a low end bow but I have a friend that wants to try out bow hunting, would this be a decent beginner bow?

I had a golden eagle for one of my starting bows, I think it would be fine. I would buy a high price bow for some just trying it out for the first time, he might not like bow hunting you never know, why waist money.

I agree. For a first timer it should be fine. Was it a reaper or raptor. The local shop sells the raptor and I think normal price was a bit over $200...bare bow.

That bow would be fine..A inexpensive bow does not kill a deer any less then a expensive one. Ive hunted with both.
