CFD! I was about to purchase one for my Patriot Dually but went for the Muzzy Zero Effect instead ,Ausie Guy talked me into it and I'm sure glad he did it's an awsome rest. I've read lot's on the trap door as well and I'm sure I'd have been happy with it as well. If you go to 5shots web site I think he has done a series of tests on it .I'll post his site here for you.
It's www.broadheadtests.com It's mainly about broadheads but he also does arrowrests as well. If you don't see it there if you e-mail him he'll get back to you .

I have used a trap door for the past year on a Mathews LX and also have loved it. I have had serious reservations about it dropping at the wrong time in a hunting situation, but after a year of hunting I have never had that happen. It is a good rest and gets out of the way quickly.

I've used the Trap Door on a Legacy, LX and, now my Outback and have had no problems with it. Great rest and no cables attached.

I have had the trap door for about 2 years. Its plain awesome. I was worried about failures but I have had none. Its the only thing on my bow I have not changed in two years!

I've read about a few people having bad experiences with it but I think that was with alot of the older models. I've had one for almost a year and love it. No stupid cord or cable to serve into your string. All you have to do it cock it before each shot and your good to go!
