Whisker Biscuit
I was just wondering what everyone thought of this rest. I have heard bad things about them affecting arrow speed and flight. Do the new B2 whiskers help any?

RE: Whisker Biscuit
What does it mean when it says trim? How do you do it?

RE: Whisker Biscuit
I have a diagram at the bottom of the page, you can go to the CAP site and read their instructions on how to do it. Trimming helps in many areas and I recomend it.

RE: Whisker Biscuit
Do you think a WB on a Outback or LX would be good. I am going to get one of the two and i dont know if i should go with the WB. It is only for hunting and i am not really going to worry about speed loss. I just want to know if the arrow is going to be as consistantly accurate as with a drop away.

RE: Whisker Biscuit
I can shoot just as accuratly with the WB as any other rest. It's all about tuning and form. The rest will work on most any bow, and it boils down to personal choice. Are you willing to do what it takes to get the wb shooting well? If so then you will be happy with it. I personaly use it on my hunting bows, but that doesn't mean a good drop away will not work as well or better for you.

RE: Whisker Biscuit
I have been to CAP twice, looking for trimming instructions, and I can't find them! They tell you to spread the biscuit to make the opening larger. But I can't find instructions for "trimming" Where do you cut? And how much?

RE: Whisker Biscuit
I've shot a whisker biscuit for 3 years and really like it. Someone asked if they would work well on a mathews lx, I have one on mine and wouldn't trade it for anything.
