RE: Fixed blade broadheads and bows
Any of them will work fine !!
The bow needs to be tuned ! The arrows need to be straight and spin true with broadheads. And be the correct spine for your set up ! You need to shoot a helical fletch for best results ! You need to practice your form and practice with your heads to make sure they group with your field points ! If you use aluminum arrows the task will be easier !! If you go with good carbons .......you have to accept that several in a dozen may not spin true !! It is quite a pain in the arse to me ................so I choose the other route !!! ;) |
RE: Fixed blade broadheads and bows
Its not the bow, its the shooter and how you tune it. I like my legacy. But if i could buy a new one, id buy the ovation, or buy a bowtech.

If i had the money id buy an lx since i dont have that kind of money i own a parker You certainly got the better of the two brands. I'd shoot a Parker over a Mathews any day, in fact I do.:):) Like CBM said, all of todays bows will shoot better than you can provided you have it tuned properly and your arrows and bow matched to each other. |
