I'm going with the Copper John. Take a look at their pin light that fits the sight as well. I thinks it called afterburner.

Copper John in my opinion is the better of the two. Better construction and they have excellent customer service.

trophy ridge has some new sights coming out soon , the martrix is a good sight i've had mine for three years now and i love it , (mine has the plastic pins ) get the one with the steel pins , the new sight will have micro adjustments !

I'm curraintly shooting a 5 pin metal matrix .
I like the no tools part of the sight ,and the vertical pins,plus the metal pins.This will be my third Trophy Ridge sight.
The first two where flat liners .
But i'm loyal ,these sights have came a longway and they will get even better.They have solved a few problems as soon as they seen it.
They have more than one sight to choose from.
But still there are a lot of companies to try.
If you want to fiddle around with allen wrenches all day.:D

I have never used those two sights. However, if you like adjustable sights I would consider one made by HHA. Easily the brightest not lighted pin I,ve seen. You can check them out @ hhasports.com

Both are great products. I myself like the vertical pins & toolless adjustments of the Trophy Ridge. Good luck on your choice!

Had them both
Loved the copper John
Hated the TR never got used to the vert pins.

this is what I am using now and like it every bit as much as the CJ

Go Vertical! Best thing I ever did. Opened up my field of view and is like using a rifle scope. Check out Vital Bow Gears Trapper sight.

It is all up to you on what you want (vertical or hoizontal} but I am a die hard fan of the Copper John Dead Nuts. In my opion they are the absolute best hunting sight and they are very affordable. Hey an opion is like a ******* everybody has one.
