looking for new bow - PSE Dakota
I am looking for a new bow (bought a used Pearson Renegade about 5 years ago); I like the Renegade but it seems to have so tuning problems and I think it is time for a new bow; I would like to to go with a bow that "looks" similar to me old one: it has a long axle-axle length (44") & solid limbs; I also want to stay affordable ($300); I sort of like the PSE Dakota, also looked at Reflex Gamegetter along with others; does anyone have other suggestions, advice, etc.; also want to know advantages of single cams, 1/2 cams, wheels, etc.
Thanks

RE: looking for new bow - PSE Dakota
Well, all I can say is that I own a PSE Dakota and like it a lot. The Dakota does have a 41" axle length, so it is close to what you have. Mine came it set at about 63 pound draw (on a 50-60 lb bow) so I backed it off a few pounds (maybe down to 57-58 lbs) to meet my needs.
I am not real technical though so can't help out there.
