RE: The best mechanical broadhead?
I have to agree with the other posts, shot placement is the most impotant factor. I use the Snyper head from Rocky Mountain Broadhead. Very impressive head, large entry and exit wound. Great blood trails. They also fly just like my fieldpoints. Hope this helps.

RE: The best mechanical broadhead?
I shoot Rockets. I have used the wolverens and the steel heads and have had good luck with them. I like the way they fly out of my set up and the good blood trails and penatration. A friend shoots them to and he likes them very well and has his daughter sooting them to at 45 pounds and gets better penatration then a muzzy with her set up. Anyway there all pertty good just to find the right one for your setup. And hit the sweet spot and they will all do the job.

Just remember that no matter what broadhead you use.......its "SHOT PLACEMENT" that matters most! |
