tree suit

Saw this advertised on Bowhunting.net. Has anyone ever used this thing or even heard of it. Your thoughts.

The " thing" was shown and discussed here, last year.

As for your question: if you sit and study the rig and apply what you know about hunting from a tree with a bow, and how restricted movement will work against you, I do believe you will answer your own question.

Wonder what your legs and feet look and feel like after hanging in the rig for a few hours. [X(]

I personally believe the " thing" is actually a joke and is not really on the market. :D

Talked to a guy the other day,he said deer he shot never saw him.His stand was 40 feet high.:)
Told him he could have been dressed like Bozo the clown, and the deer would not have seen him.[&:]

Anyone that would stand or hang 40-feet in the air to hunt deer, is a " clown!"

RE: tree suit

I have one, and I use it. The doe I shot on Friday was shot out of this.
I used to have a similar device called an Anderson Tree Sling which I lost a few years ago. The Anderson was much better as far as manueverability but the tree suit is a little more comfortable for the long term. I mostly use lockon stands but the tree suit is so quiet and quick to setup that I like to use it in areas where the deer are going to be close to my setup when I get in the stand. It may not be for everyone but I like mine.
