Havoc or Razor tec?

I am 11 years old and I will be looking for a new bow soon. I have been shooting a bow since I was 5 years old, and I have been shooting in 4-H for the last 3 years. I currently shoot a Hoyt Banshee, 22 inch draw, 35 pounds. I am looking for a bow thats good for hunting and competition and I am torn between the Havoc tec and Razor tec, Help!!!!!!!!

I currently shoot a HavocTec and have been really pleased with it. Mine is a 2002 model with the Versacam.

If I was you, I' d wait a few more weeks to see what Hoyt has new for 2004.

RE: Havoc or Razor tec?

Last I heard Hoyt was not changing their line for 2004 nto sure if this is true but I heard it at the pro shop where I got my Hoyt.. I personally shoot a 2003 supertech with the spiral cam and a half. I actually shot the entire line up and found this bow most to my tastes. I suggest that you go to the local pro shop and test shot a few of them and see which one feels the best for you and has the features that you are looking for. I think the most important thing in a new bow selection is not picking one because it is suppose to be better than the other but to shoot a few different ones and see which one feels best to you that way your comfortable with it and happy when you get it home!!!
