My 2009 Martin Cheetah developed a creak in it that the shop could not fix. And because Martin discontinued this model/design they had no part available to repair it. The shop called this morning and Martin is sending me a brand new 2012 Exile.
Can't beat that.

That's what i would call top notch service.

Good to hear bronko. That is one of the reasons that I bought my 2nd new Martin bow in 4 years. They take care of their customers well.

I bought 4 Martins since 2009. Can't argue with their CS.
