stealth cam rogue
 

I have a stealth cam rogue, it is a 5mp, last year it stayed out for 3 weeks and i didnt have to change batteries, everything is the same and this year it is eating them, last week i only had 33 pics, and low battery light was on, anyone else have this problem, and is there anything i can do to fix it...thanks

I too have the stealth cam rogue in a flash camera. I usually get about three to four weeks on a set of batteries. When it gets colder usually about two to three weeks. The pics are great both day and night but battery life is not the greatest. I just use plain ol rayovacs. Scoot

scoot is right, cold will definately suck the life out of a battery. My Rogue has operated for two years on the same 6 batteries. But I only leave the cam out a week at a time, about 4 or 5 times a year. Maybe a total of 100 pics taken. Mine is the IR version.

This may sound simplistic but it just might be that you got a bad batch of batteries. If you haven't already done so, I would try new batteries.
