for hunting purposes the biskit can not be beat for the peace of mind of not woring about your arrow all the time. just hunt and shoot.

you guys with the vision problems must be shooting the new pie plate model. i have found if you cut two eye holes in the top portion of the plate it helps you see what you are shooting at .

well as for blocking your view, dont seem to have that problem. your suppose to concentrate on your mark with your sights, your not suppose to look at the rest if your looking at your rest your not seeing your mark on the target or animal and thats what causes wounded animals. ive been shooting with the whisker bicuit for 2yrs. and i like it, its been the best rest ive ever owned. as for it making noise when drawing, doesnt happen and im accurate out to 80yrd. my opinion is that the wb is the cats mew.

I own my own archery shop here in TN and have shot every rest there is and the biscuit is the best hunting rest yet I recommend it to all my customers I dont see how it blocks your view while shooting that theory is just plain wrong i dont see how this is possible I also consider it one of the quietest rest made as for fletching wear me or any of my customers havent haad any problems to be concerned about the biscuit id the best hunting rest in my opinion like I said this is just my opinion try one and I bet you buy one.:D

I was gonna buy a WB but i seen the Muzzy Zero Effect and the Trophy Ridge Drop Zone now i cant decide but i wont buy a WB too much flectching wear

I now have over 2000 shots through mine.

#1 no visible wear of the biscuit beyond the intial 25 arrows. I even looked at it with a magnafying glass and grabbed the strands with tweezers. They are not brittle in ANY way.

#2 Noise?? It' s absolutely silent with carbons, but I had to wax aluminums.

#3 The mystery fletching wear. I have seen virtually zero fletch damage using the recommended vanes by CAP. AAE and Bohning vanes do not show any noticable wear at all.

#4 visibility. Give me a break. Even when shooting instinctively you don' t sight that close to the arrow.

#5 Freezing rain and snow. The last of your worries should be the WB. What about your ice coated strings, cables, arrow and cams??

99% of the people on the net complaining about the WB and spreading falsehoods have never shot one.

My local shop has been trying for 3 years to get me on a biscuit. I fought it tooth and nail, but my bow and bodoodle just were not made for each other. The bodoodle would always " move" , no matter how tight, and how much lock-tight I put on it. Part of the problem was vibration, but I just lost confidence in the rest all together. I got sick of re-sighting the bo in, so I finally put a whisker on, and am ecstatic with the results. My groupings are the best I' ve had on this bow (3 years). I' ve shot easily over 1500 arrows with it, and no visible wear. The vanes got a little black right away, but it has not increased. The vanes I had that had a nick in them at the start did get beat up, but nothing since I replaced them. As far as vision, I have not noticed a thing. And I don' t think there is any better rest while hunting, that arrow is staying put! My 2 cents.
