also should i get 340s or 400s for my 29" draw length bow with a 67 pound draw weight. I use 100 grain broadheads With your set up you kinda fall right between the 400s and the 340s It depends on your arrow length, shorter stiffens the spine,so if your arrow length is shorter then 29" you would probably be ok with the 400s but if your shooting 29" arrows I'd go with the 340s, IMO when in between stiffer spine is better then a weak spine! You can check eastons web site and check out there chart,to help make your choice! |
I shoot them and I like them, decent accuracy and they hold up well. I shoot the 400s at 61# and 28" draw the arrows are 27"
at about 380 gr with a 100gr broadhead and they shoot so fast the deer don't see them coming:biggrin: |
with that set-up I bet both would work, but the 400's will weigh less which = more speed :).

I shoot them also, in the 400's on a 58# hoyt, with a 28" draw. 100 grain muzzy mx3's. Good arrows, shoot true. Not had any problems outta them. However they are like windshields, one can shoot threw a fence and be fine, and another hit the dirt and explode... got me on that one.

They are very good shafts. Get the 340's.
