NAP Apache rest
I just put this rest on my Z7 and so far it seems to be a solid rest. The thing that I love is the thumb screws that make micro adjusting the rest extremely easy. There's seperate srews for windage and elevation. The rest is very quiet and comes with laucher felt and rubber on the inside of the rest factory installed. I would highly recommend this rest.

gutshot, I couldn't agree more. I also find that is is much quieter than the Ripcord rest I have on my other bow. Namely the lack of the audible click of the trigger release on the Ripcord. Easy set up, and adjustments and quiet.

I have one on my Z7 and love it...
I did take a dremel to the top and cut the piece off above the "Apache" logo to help to set the arrows a bit easier below my sight. Kindof of tight. |
Another vote for the Apache rest, I had a different rest on my bow and it was giving me fits. So Saturday I went the archery shop and bought a Apache rest and had it set up in 10 minutes and it is one sweet rest!!Walt

The hardest part about setting this rest up is serving in the cord and that isn't bad. I bought my second one today, put it on another Martin bow and had field tips and broadheads shooting to the same POI in about 10 mins.

Still can't get over how much better I am shooting w/ this rest... Love it.

ive just made the switch to the apache. i had never robin hooded a arrow on the bow i put it on but the first night i took it to the range i hooded 2 arrows within 15 mins of each other. this rest is the best fall away i have ever tried

I decided to buy the Apache because it was about half as cheap as the QAD and Ripcord. I was also talking to a guy at the archery shop and he said a lot of people returned the QAD's due to problems.
I really like the Apache. |
