A Thumbs up for NAP

Let me say that I have been using some form of New Archery Products items for years. Their vanes, arrow rests and other items. I was having a horrible time trying to tune my bow with one of their Quick Tune 360 Capture rests. Its a rest that I am familiar with and used in the past with good results. It was so bad that I even wore out the brushes and had to get a replacement kit for it. At wits end, I called and talked with Chris on their technical support staff. After trying everything he suggested with no success (I am almost positive it was fletching contact with the QuickSpin Speed Hunter ST vanes) I borrowed a friends drop away rest and had the bow shooting perfectly within minutes. I called Chris again and he told me to send in the Quick Tune rest and he would replace it with a brand new NAP Apache drop away capture rest. Now that's excellent CS if you ask me. I thought I was going to have to eat the $40 I spent on the Quick Tune and spend another $60 on the Apache.
NAP has earned a loyal customer.

I sent them an email with the trouble I was having installing the Apache rest on one of my bows due to running out of adjustment ('08 Martin Firecat) but told them I installed it on another bow and was pleased. I got a reply back and the CS man was happy for the input and asked for my address so he could send me a pack of broadheads of my choice. I gove it to him along with my choice of the new Bloodrunner 100 gr 2 blade and he replied back that they are on there way. Can't beat that with a stick.

I have had one experience with NAP and I think their Customer Service sucks . I bought a Quik Spin fletching kit from Dick's Sporting Goods store . The kit consisted of Quik Spin vanes , glue and wiping pads . The glue was rock hard .
I had bought other NAP products in the past and didn't have any problems .
I e-mailed the NAP CS and got no reply . I waited one week and sent it again . I never got a reply from NAP . They won't get any more of my money !
