Clay, Welcome to the forum!
That Reflex is a Great bow... you are going to wish you had picked one up years ago!
I would start with a arrow rest and sights (I prefer a whisker biscuit and fixed 3 pin sight). Do some research and find something you might like and ask some questions about it, a lot of the people on here are very knowledgeable and willing to give some good advice.
Good Luck!

A Whisker Biscuit woule be a good choice, as well as a 3 pin sight like Countryboy said. The Trophy Ridge 3 pin vertical rest is really nice. Also a trophy Taker extreme would be a good choice for a drop away rest. I have a Hoyt Powerhawk, it is pretty much the same as your growler. and that was my set up. I just bought a Hoyt Maxxis and I use a Rip Cord on it, which works really well too. the best advice I can give you is keep it simple for the time being.

Not a thing in the world wrong with a Reflex. I had one for a few years and killed deer with it. If its strictly for hunting and the budget is tight then go Whisker Biscuit. If budget isnt so tight then maybe try a QAD Ultra. However seeing how you are new to bowhunting as Celtic said.. keeping it simple for now is the best way to go.

New bow set-up
Clay,
Hey! I also just purchased a bare bow & have been going through the rigging process myself. Don't forget a stabalizer for on the front (if there isn't one on there). I also installed a set of Limb Savers - you can never be too safe, right?
My local Gander Mountain is clearancing a lot of last season's equipment. If you live near one, you might be able to pick up some of the accessories at a discount.
Good luck!
