slick tricks for me also, i've also had good luck with the ole reliable 3-blade muzzy, thunderheads, i hunted with the G5 montecs last season with good results, but decided to go back to slick tricks for their sharpness out of the package

Have shot Muzzy for 10 years, then my hunting buddy talked me into mechanicals. I tried a few diffrent types and did not like them (jusy my opinion). Then two yeras ago a outfitter guide that I booked a hunt out west with, recommended SLICK TRICK MANGNUM 100 grain. Was the best advice that i have ever gotten on broadheads. I have taken several large game animals with them and IMHO i would reccomend them as well. They fly true and hit like thunder. Good Luck

For the best cut on contact try a Razor Trick, same company as the Slick Trick.

Wasp fixed blades get my vote

Vortex mechanical is all i use now days but if i went back to fixed it would be wasp head.
