API Telescoping Pack Master

Has anyone seen this new ladder stand from API? I saw a pic of it in Bowhunting World magazine. Apparantly it has a ladder that telescopes to about 17ft and weighs about 25lbs. Just wondering if anyone else has seen or purchased one of these?

I saw that ad too, it looked ok but I thought API had filed bankruptcy and was finished after the law suit?? Not sure about the quality of this product now??
