what is everbodies input on sights. what do you use and what do you like? how are the apex sights? what dropaway do you use the ripcord, trophy ridge, etc. i really dont want to spend more than a 100 on a rest and the same on the sights. thank you for any input.

RE: sights and rests

IMHO The Limb Driver is the best drop away rest on the market. If you are looking for a non drop away with full containment then the Octane Hostage Pro is a solid choice.

As far as sights go, Viper, Spot Hogg, & HHA are all top choices. If you want to spend less $ Impact also makes some nice sights.

Limb driver rest, absolutely.

I'll be picking up an HHA sight in a couple of months, but that's mainly for target shooting. I've been very happy with my Apex Gear Nitrous, I'll put it up against a SpotHogg, Sword, or any of the more expensive types. Copper John makes good sights, too.

Yep, Copper John sights are definitely worth a look.

Forgot to mention them;)

I've tried man of the popualer fallways rests available and my personal fav is the QAD Ultra-rest HD. My favorite sights are Spot-Hoggs but they are certainly out of your $100 price range you mentioned. Simply the thoughest, brightest, best built sight out there! Good luck and good shootin', whatever you decide on.
