Is it just me or does their stuff look a lot like Scout Mountain Equip. Did SME go out of business or something?

Big Bulls- from what I understand, VBG is Scount Mtn. I don' t know if it was a name change, or if it was a buyout of SME. David over at Eders posted that it was the same company basically.
cgarrett55- You should put that sight on e-bay. I have seen quite a few VBG sights on e-bay in the past few weeks and they all have sold. You will get you money back that way. Good luck

[:o]My proshop guy told me that VBG bought Scott Mountain or took them over or something like that. Anyway, HE says they are now one and the same. Or it could be that the pro shop guy is just snowing me again![X(] Anyway, I' ve had a chance to sight in the Trapper and am still impressed. My neighbor came over tonight while I was shooting and it was around dusk. He asked me where I put the batteries into it at? I told him that it didn' t have any batteries.[:-]

Vital Bow Gear is being run by the same guy who ran Scott Mtn. Not sure as to the reason for the company change, but they are the same company. Take a look at the arrow shafts they offer. The Warrior and Gladiator shafts are the same construction as the old SME Episoln shafts.
