Which drop away rest?

There are a variety of drop away rest manufacturers, which one? I want to try a drop away but don't know if one works better than the other? Any opinions?

Limbdriver is an excellent choice. I also have a Whammy on my Captain, and have had real good luck with it as well.

If you have never set up a drop away before, I would recommend you let an archery tech do the job for you. You can easily screw up even the most basic of them to install if you don't know what to look for.

My personal preference is the QAD Ultra HD. Full containment, whisper quiet. A lot of the choice will also depend on the type of bow you shoot. Bowtechs have a sharp increase of poundage right before rolling over into the valley.. so having a full containment or other deep fork style rest could well keep you from flinging your arrow off your launcher arm (and no matter how smooth you draw.... it will happen sooner or later.

Mathews new drop away rest is a really simple and really good drop away. Another rest that works exceptionally well on mathews bows and other single cams is the Schaffer rest.

Limb driver is my go to choice. Easy to adjust, and operates flawlessly every time. 99% of the time, clearance wont be an issue either b/c of the size of the launcher.

had a buddy who owned the qad ultra rest and had problems with the fletching clearing. i shoot the rip cord and have beat the crap out of it and it has never failed me, highly recommended.

I've sold, setup, and used most of the ones currently on the market.

IMHO there is No doubt that when all things are considered the Limb Driver is the best.
