quiver question
 

Do they make a quiver where there is no foam in the hood, and the arrows are secured up near the broadheads and down near the fletchings as well? I personally prefer one that attaches to the bow, I don't care about taking it off in stand.

Something that is not outrageous in price? Its so hard to tell looking in catalogs, and I have no real good pro shops local to me to actually look at any.

The Bohning Lynx quivers have a very nice hood that is more like a hard rubber and has no foam, it also secures the arrows in nice and tight so that they don't come loose. I like it, the only downfall is that it affects your accuracy if you shoot with it on but I don't stalk, I take it off and hang it up in the tree anyway. I hear that the Alpine quivers are nice also but have the foam inserts.

From your post,I'm interpeting that you want dual shaft holders in addition to the usual "hood" for broadheads,in that case,please do yourself a favor and check out the alpine soft-loc quivers. Not only they have dual shaft holders spaced a good distance from each other compared with other brands of 1 piece removable quivers,they are VERY reasonably priced and perform flawlessly while being extremely quiet. I've used them for a few years now and my switchback xt is still wearing 1 now. They come in 3,5,and 7 arrow models,and extra quiver holders are inexpensively priced for those that liketo remove their bowquiver once on stand. Since they are constructed of carbon fiber and sorbothane,mine is so quiet i leave mine on all the time-also a good idea to mantain same balance,etc when shooting. These quivers are the quietest I've ever tested/owned/hunted with and do VERY good job of keeping arrows or quiver itself from rattling-in fact,so quiet it actuaccy seems to quiet the whole bow slightly.
