i am looking at getting into bowhunting and my uncle offered to sell me his old bow,because i just cant afford a brand new setup right now.the bow is a kodiak bow logic 34.

it has on it a kodiak 6.5" stabalizer,kodiak drop away integrated rest,kodiak 2 pin sight,3 gold tip pro hunter carbon arrows,and a fletch hunter release.

he said i can have everything and a hard case for it for 400.00 dollars.is this a decent price?also,does anyone have an opinion on this particular bow?

I have a 03 Bowtech Extreme that I could be convinced to let go of! It's unforgiving as far as letoff but the thing is deadly when you release it if you hold it in there.I'd let go of it for good price(has new Bucknasty string)! You can do better price and bow than what your family is offering!

Bows ain't Toyotas...they don't hold their value. You can get a whole Parker Wildfire XP, set up, for what he's asking. Don't pay it. Buy used, or look for a better bargain.
