Recommendation on Sight and Stabilizer
I just moved this post thinking I may have put it in the wrong area.

I just purchased a new bow for myself. I bought a 2007 PSE Mach X.Brand new never shot. My old bow was a Bear I bought in 1985. Was still killing deer, so I had a hard time changing. I never really kept up with trends. Just got into forum hunting and looking at equipment. Boy there's alot of stuff out there, both good and bad. I am going to buy an Alpine Soft-Loc quiver, but don't know what to consider for a sight, stabilizer, and rest. My old Bear had the plastic "wing" rest and a Cobra 4 pin sight (the old school kind). I have to watch my budget. I have about $250.00 to $200.00 to set up the PSE. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

My personal choice on a new sight is a Flashpoint Ignite by Black Gold, very nice sight with IMO the best micro adjust system....but will eat up alot of your budget.

Lots of people will tell you spott hogg sights. they are apparantly very good (ive never owned one). I shoot an extreme rt900 for my hunting setup. you cna find them on ebay for like 70bucks or less. it is rock solid, sturdy and adjustable. I use it for hunter class 3d as well. i have no complaints about it. What i love about it is the size of the whole thing.my peep lines up perfectly around the sight so i can line everything up very well.
