I have one. It is a nice saw, but keep an eye on the pivot bolt. I lost mine last weekend. I am lucky to work for a fastener supply house. So I replaced it with a 3/8"x3/4" shoulder bolt and a lock nut.

That said, it cuts great and the best part is it folds up so nice it fits right in my pack. So there is no reson to be without a extendable saw anymore.

I bought one this weekend and used it quite a bit. VERY impressed with the handle and it's compactness in a pack. Gr8 quality. Glad I bought it.

The concept is nice, however I am done with any saw that is made of plastic. It seems every year I buy a plastic handle pruning saw and by the next year the handle is cracked or completely broken off.
For the $50 for the cost of this saw you would think that the connection points and the saw pivot joint would be made of metal.

$39. I don't see durability as an issue this saw. Pretty well built.

I am more into "Universality" so I wouldn't buy an arrow saw.

What i use is a 670W agle grinder with 11k rpm with a solid, metalic holder.

Anything I had to do after was adding an inch/cm stripe [8D]. Oh, and it can cut up to 6 arrows at once...
Now I can use this for lot more things (stone, metal, wood, glass) and get the confort for 42.16$

Note, this may be a little more noisy as those "pro" arrow saws.
