I love mine, my first bow was a Golden Eagle Mossy 36, WOW what a difference. Have not got to hunt with it yet, but will be out with it this weekend. The marquis is fast, quiet, and smooth.

Bought mine last Christmas. I shot the Drenaline, Katera, and General. The only one that was close was the General...and the Marquis is faster.

I love mine. If you haven't shot it yet, don't pass up a chance to do so.

All that being said, shoot as many bows in your price range as possible. Your bow choice is such a personal preference, no one can make that choice for you. You will find that any of your top bows are going to be compatible...they all shoot very well, very fast, and are great quality. I like the way the single cam on the Marquis draws, you might like the hybrid cams on the Hoyt or Bowtech. Just shoot as many as possible before you make your decision.

I love mine but you might want to wait and get the 2009, or look at the new ICEMAN . Once again, I bought mine in December of last year, and I still love it.
