Well worth the money. I picked up about 5-6ft per second. But even without that, I was always waiting for the inevitable tubing break with the other, so I would use it even if it slowed me down some.

i would go with the g5 they hv many different diameters and u dont get the snap sound of that ruber band on the old peeps

I have a 1/4 Meta peep and I really like it. I used to use the rubber tubingbut had it come off on twooccasions and sting my face.
