RE: Rage Broadhead Problem!!
I have been using the Treelimb quiver for my rages and like it alot. There have been some very good suggestions for the blade retainment.

RE: Rage Broadhead Problem!!
I put a tiny rubber band at the bottom if my blades, so on contact it'll slice the band. I didn't know about the o ring deal though. I'll try that myself. And I got away from the foam quivers.

RE: Rage Broadhead Problem!!
your problem is not the "O" ring, IMO, as far as having it open in the field...in the quiver, just don't push it up that far.
you can make a small notch on the top outside of the blades and put on a small rubber band to help hold them together so that small sticks or brush won't have them open while in the field.. |
RE: Rage Broadhead Problem!!
you can just put braces bands on in the middle and solve every problim, no new quiver required

RE: Rage Broadhead Problem!!
If you make sure that the blades are properly seated in the rubber O ring, the blades don't come off as easy as most think. I think most problems arise when people don't make sure the blades "lock" into the O ring.

RE: Rage Broadhead Problem!!
Yes its happened to me as well i also had one open while practicing and itsnagged my arrow holder for my dropzone rest and it flung the broadhead onto my wrist (pretty scary). Easy fix though turns out my knocking point needed adjusted any way. Even though it was scary these brodheads perform way to good to take them off my arrows.
