I went with the katera xl. the draw cycle is smooth. and if you get it with the cam and 1/2 plus you wont have that hard wall. also the xl is 3'' longer with a taller brace hieght so its more forgiving. I shot everything and after i shot 6 arrows with the xl i took it to the check out!

I LOVE my '07 Vectrix XL. Just a great bow to shoot! I took out my draw stop peg for a softer wall. There's actually very little difference between these two bows though.

I have the Katera, and this is one bow that "is" forgiving even with a short brace height. The Vectrix is very similar and a great bow as well. So far I have had 3 friends that shot my bow only to end up buying one. 2 owned Mathews!

I just got the vextrix pluss. i love it but right now i am haveing a problem with the cam cutting the buss cable wrapping. i believe theres a sharp edgeonthe bottom cam that is cutting the wrap and making it look ugly. i had a buddy say that the same thing happened to his 2007 vectrix. did that happend to anybody else who owns a vextrix? how do you fix it??
