Firenock Customer Service Rocks!!
I purchased 3 firenocks a couple weeks ago and installed them last Sunday evening. I waited till dusk to shoot them and not one of the 3 worked! I went to their website and was not sure what to do so I emailed them. About an hour later I got a phone call from Firenock, on aSunday evening!! He instructed me to take the nocks out and inspect them. Stupid me, I forgot to install the batteries + I had thrown them away in my haste. He got a real good chuckle out of it but was real cool, I was imberrased to say the least. What he did next takes the cake!! He offered to send me 3 new batteries + 3 replacement nocks at NO CHARGE!!! I have since installed the batteries andlove my Firenocks.
