That's a tough one!! A good set of Camo for under $100?? IMO you would be better off saving your money and buying the best camo you can find. It will save you in the long run.

Buy a jacket one year and pants the next if that's the way you have to do it.;)

Value to me takes in Durability as well as the other traits I'm looking for in a set of Camo, such as resistent to fading, comfort, etc.

I have a jacket and pants of Gray Wolf Woolens Wolfskin which is unlinedthat is 5 years old and it still looks like new. That is what I call value!!;)

I'm not sure of the cost of the unlined garments, but you can check them out on their website.

Depending on how light weight you want I use Micro-Lite clothing here in South Texas. I carry a light rain coat with me (Rain isn't a big problem here in South Texas) but heat is. This micro-lite clothing is nice and durable, been wearing it for two seasons and no fading. I have Mossy Oak Brush and Real Tree Max 1 and Mossy Oak Break Up. Pants and Shirt will run you $50.

I know, I have some PRE-MOSSY OAK stuff! Just got done with TTHA show here in San Antonio. It was cool, Brian Doty, Kevin Fowler, Keith Warren and Rusty Baker were all there. Lots of fun.

man, if money is an issue, hard to go wrong with surplus woodland pattern camo, pretty much the definition of durable, but not the greatest pattern out there, but still gets it done pretty well... I used mine for years after I got out of the army, but I've since gotten a thick thru the mid section... now I'm using AP/APG... I only buy clearance/sale stuff anyway so for the moment I've got a nice gander mt pant jacket for my rain gear and some standard BPS/Gander Mt shirts/pants i caught on sale after the season was over... only time to buy imho...

I am pretty sure some of the other guys can relate to this. Over the years I have purchased so much money on cheaper camo products that don't tend to last. [:@] When you sit down and add the total up to a really good quality camo system, you have wasted alot of money and time. Get something to get you through the next two seasons and put money aside to purchase a quality camouflage set. You will savealot of money, alot of time, and have more money in the bank to put more useful toys into your line up.

Just a thought!
