Hoyt Vulcan Speed

I was at the local Scheel's and saw that they had the Hoyt vulcan from 2007 for 479 from 749. I was wondering what kind of speed you would expect a 28" draw at about 65 lbs. to get with a 365 grain arrow? If anyone would have an idea that would be great. thank you for your time.

I wouldguess mid 280's for this setup. Have you shot the Vulcan?

I figured i'd get around 290 if i was lucky. Yeah i have shot it a few times, it was actually the bow i thought of getting all last year, but then the X force came out, and now the 82nds are out. I still like the Vulcan quite a bit though and for 479 from 749 it's a really good deal.

The Vulcan from last year is basically this years Katera, just slightly modified riser and the new Z3 cams. You can get 290's out of it. The vulcan shoots really nice, just a little harder cam cycle to pull back than the Katera. You can't beat the deal you got there on e-bay!!!!!
