fafarone, i thought the same thing when i shot the dxt. it is suprising as hell. it just made me laugh. but i have to say, if you like how the dxt felt and shot, i highly advise you find some way to shoot the bowtech general. it is even less recoil and is slightly quieter. its 2 inches longer but thats not too much. the dxt is soo small and light and feels great. i was torn DXT-GENERAL adn i finally decided i would rather have the smoothness of the general. but either way, you will be happy with the dxt i assure you. but i really think if you shoot a general with the same setup you will have a hard decision ahead of you. either way, im not advertising, you might not even like bowtech, but everyones different. good luck with your purchase, and anyway you go, you are going to have a bow that will last and perform for a long time to come.
